Holiday Electric Dirt Bike Promotion — Complete Terms
These terms govern the promotional offer valid October 6, 2026 through December 6, 2026.
1. Sponsor and offer period
This promotion is offered by Tamlin Roofing & Windows, 9016 Sutton Place, West Chester Township, OH 45011. New qualifying agreements must be signed between October 6, 2026, and December 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Contact: 513-857-1600 or info@tamlinroofing.com.
2. Eligible customer and property
The contracting customer must be an adult residential property owner, or an adult authorized to contract for the owner, for a property within Tamlin’s service area. Service availability will be confirmed before contracting. No child is required to qualify. This offer applies to homeowner-paid projects and excludes insurance-funded work.
3. Qualifying work and minimum scope
Eligible services are a new roof replacement OR whole-home window replacement. Purchasing both is not required. Qualifying contracted scope must total at least $10,000 after applicable discounts, excluding the bike’s value. Repairs and partial window replacement projects do not qualify. The written proposal will specify the covered roof scope or window openings and any agreed exclusions. A qualifying whole-home window replacement does not automatically include doors or every specialty opening; any exclusions must be identified in the written scope before signing.
4. Included item and limits
One black CEMOTO D02 Classic electric dirt bike is included per qualifying property, regardless of the number of qualifying services or contracts purchased. No cash alternative is available. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers. The promotion is a guaranteed item for each qualifying completed and paid agreement, not a drawing or sweepstakes.
5. Eligibility documentation
The written agreement must identify the qualifying project scope, total price, included bike and fulfillment terms. A website visit, form submission, estimate, phone call or verbal discussion alone does not establish eligibility. Tamlin will confirm eligibility in writing before the customer signs. A material scope reduction below $10,000 requires a written amendment explaining any resulting change to eligibility.
6. Fulfillment and schedule
The bike will be delivered to the adult contracting customer within 30 days after completion of the qualifying project and payment of the full contract balance. Installation need not be completed by December 6, 2026. Christmas delivery is not guaranteed. Normal fulfillment charges will not be added to the customer’s bill. Delivery details and responsibility for assembly or setup must be stated in the written agreement before signing. No bike return-charge or cancellation penalty is created by these website terms.
7. Availability and substitutions
Tamlin is responsible for arranging fulfillment for qualifying signed agreements. If the identified bike is unavailable, any proposed substitute must be documented and accepted by the customer in writing. Tamlin will not unilaterally substitute a materially different product, withdraw the included item from an already qualifying agreement, or charge an additional bike fee. Any changed fulfillment arrangement requires written agreement consistent with applicable law.
8. Product specifications and responsible use
The D02 Classic is an off-road electric dirt bike intended for use on private land and appropriate tracks. It is not represented as a conventional pedal e-bike or as legal for streets, sidewalks or public shared-use paths. Rider suitability depends on the manufacturer’s requirements, fit and experience. Maximum speed and peak power are manufacturer-stated, not performance guarantees; actual performance varies. The recipient is responsible for following the manual, approved charging instructions, protective-equipment guidance and applicable local requirements.
9. Product and installation warranties
Tamlin’s applicable written workmanship warranty and the home improvement contract govern Tamlin’s installed work. Bike warranty coverage, if applicable, is governed by the manufacturer’s written terms and eligibility requirements. Tamlin will provide available manufacturer warranty and operating information with the bike. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights or disclaims responsibilities that applicable law places on Tamlin. Do not publish a specific bike warranty duration until promotional-recipient eligibility is confirmed.
10. Cancellation and consumer rights
Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unchanged. The bike is supplied only after project completion and full payment; cancellation before fulfillment does not create a bike entitlement. Any cancellation, refund or dispute will be handled under the signed agreement and applicable law. These promotion terms do not impose an additional cancellation fee, mandatory review, photo release, referral requirement or marketing-consent requirement.
11. Offer changes and questions
